STS Training Camp 27- 29 January, Hermanus
Kickstart 2023 and join our STS Summer Training Camp taking place in Hermanus at the end of January! It will be a weekend of swimming, cycling and running in some of the most beautiful surroundings in the world; informative talks from our coaches; relaxing massages by the sea and friendships made around the camp fire. You are guaranteed to leave ready, inspired and motivated for the year ahead! All fitness levels welcome!
